Capel-le-Ferne is a clifftop village between Folkestone and Dover, situated on the White Cliffs above the English Channel. The village is home to the National Memorial to the Few — the Battle of Britain memorial — one of the most significant war memorials in Britain.
The village sits on the top of the chalk cliffs with outstanding views across the Channel to France. It is a popular walking destination, particularly on the Saxon Shore Way and North Downs Way national walking routes.
